something upbeat.....
I wanted to share with you guys a different note.....enough of the crabbing.....
The kids had such a great night at grandma's. She has a bachelor apt....so all the kids were in sleeping bags on the floor, yours truly on the bed, grandma on the couch.....and even my bro in a sleeping bag. (My oldest and him are both 14) They were laughing right up until 3 am. My bro had this squeeky rat that he kept squeeking....followed by tons of giggles. The occasional fart was heard....lots more giggles....burps, too.......many giggles. (Not as many giggles at the farting tho!) We watched Elf.....hilarious. And then the story telling started.....lots of crazy stuff they did when they were kids....a few fart stories thrown in....(what is it with kids and farting?)......it was fun.
As much as my heart was hurting....I was so happy for those kids.......thank God for Grandma........

Kids and farting is a phenomenon all in itself. One time Abdur-rahmaan was walking around the room with a shirt over his head and very slowly he got into a squat, he farted then fell over. He laughed and laughed....It was too funny.

SubhanAllah.......just when you think you are so far down, that nothing can get you up again....kids start farting and giggling......it dries up the tears super quick!
