You know what happened yesterday? I was thinking how after 16 yrs, how boring I must be. Maybe I just don't turn him on anymore, nothing new interesting.....and thinking how addictive that newness must be. Remembering the beginning of our marriage where Hubby couldn't get enough of me....how life was like an adrenalin rush....
Thinking that if Allah takes me outta this situation....I never...ever....want to suffer in it again.
I suppose I'm just anxious about the new tickets...and am so worried.

Nobody could be bored with you -- even after 116 year! You need to banish that thought from your beautiful head.
A mature person knows and accepts that a certain familiarity comes with being togather over a period of time but that should be a comfort and a reminder that he should be grateful to Allah for blessing him with a lasting. loving marriage.

As salamu alikum Safa.....I have just read your april and march blogs and I must say that when you speak I feel as if it is me you are talking about and my feelings that you are feeling. Subhan Allah. Our stories are not exactly the same, but the emotions we are experincing are one. May Allah make it easy on us and give us patience and allow us to enter into jannat al firdaws....Ameen.
