A double rainbow....

Yesterday we had a sudden rainfall. Not shower.....no this was huge.... The younger girls were outside playing when this hit and got gloriously sprinkled on before the downpour really got going. Can you see their laughing smiling faces in the rain? I can. And I think I will for years to come.

Because after that downpour....something amazing happened.....

I went outside with the little ones, wondering at how the rainstorm was raging, and then suddenly, not. SubhanAllah.....Allah does grant ease after suffering.....so perhaps this sudden storm was just a reminder?

And as we stood outside.....I looked up to the sky.....and I saw something I have never seen in my life....

A DOUBLE RAINBOW!!

Masha Allah! Allahu Akbar!

My little ones and I looked up and I immediately got out my camera......but not the 11yr old....oh no......this was something that HAD to be shared.....

She started yelling....GRAMMA! GRAMMA!

And when Gramma saw it....she called the 15 yr old....

The 15 yr old called my brother...16!

My brother called the 13 yr old!

And we stood there.....under the peaking sun......and revelled in Allah's glory.

Can you see the smiling faces??

I can see the smiles masha'Allah I saw a double rainbow as a child and couldn't beleiv how beautiful it was. Later in Lebanon I saw another double and then a triple subhanAllah. It always makes any day brighter and obviously it was good for your and your children's souls. May Allah ease their burdens. *Please see my LONG comment on "Knowing where to stand" it's very important :)*
