went to the police station....

So my 13 yr old had a phone call from her father when I was out....Sjon was home, so he was aware that her father was talking to her. The ex told her that he's coming today (Friday) to take the kids for the weekend and will be bringing them to African Lion Safari. **SHOCK** Didn't he get it? I said he isn't taking the kids out....why would he tell her that? Oh how he loves to just bully his way through things.... So what did I do?

I took my custody papers and went to the police station. I told the constable about my situation. Told her that I moved regions and that after a month and a half of trying to reach him, that finally I sent him a registered letter informing him of our move. Told her about the kidnapping phone call...etc etc. She informed me, that by what she can see on my paperwork....that I gave the ex sufficient notice of our moving. She also said, that if I fear that he may try to grab at the children, its my right to deny him access to the kids until I change my paperwork.

On my custody papers, access isn't even outlined anyways. The best he can do, is call 911.....they'd send out officers....read my paperwork and then just remove him from my property. So I'm covered....which is good...... Then why am I so nervous?

--when I got home, I called the ex. Asked him about what he told my 13 yr old for this weekend. Then I clearly told him....it's not going to happen. You can see the kids, but you aren't taking them anywhere. He replied to me...."whatever you want" .....and then hung up


. ~~~~ I have a pic of the villa......it looks horrible.....definitely not how we had planned for it to look. But according to my daughter.....the ex has furnished the 4 apts upstairs and is putting them up for rent......yeah...I always knew that would happen....

....it's a building...and he's opened a chandelier store in the bottome floor on each side.....sigh. I'm not missing anything there....
