Assalaamu alaikum, July 20th.
18 yrs ago today, the happy couple walked in the gardens of Centennial Park.....
So many people brought gifts for us. Lots of sets of plates, crystal and an upright lamp. It was a beautiful day. And today as I reflect on it, I ask myself.....should I be sad? Wasn't today one of the happiest days of my life?
Yes, I've cried a few tears today......but I'm not sorry. I've walked out of there with a world of knowledge and experience.
.....and then there's my 5 precious children. Allah has been so generous with me.

Life is too short for regrets. We just have to consider all the good things that came from our decisions and moved on. Beautiful wedding photo, Safa. What beautiful things have come of it.

Sometimes we look back and relize there are blessing in even the bad trials that happend to us. We have gained something beautiful from it afterwards or though it we have bettered ourselves and it seems in this instance you have both and alhamdulliah you SEE it. May Allah bring you greatness to come.
