The 15 yr old calls him this afternoon. He finally answers.
Seems that MM was really sick and in the hospital. Something about taking 2 needles to help her get pregnant and her body reacting to it. (Did my daughter need to know that?) I wonder if he now regrets the 2 or 3 abortions he made her have?
Why didn't he at least call in the last three days and say something? Well anyways, he's still here. Oh well, I could only hope...

that's wonderful.... he can't afford the 5 children he has so he's going to have another. i wonder if that's the real reason he's back in CA. i'm assuming IVF is free in CA but there is a long wait. so now that MM's turn has come up, she's fetched him back. at least u have a chance at advancing the court case before he runs off again. u should also encourage them to practice changing diapers on abdu (unless he plans to use the $ he doesn't have to hire some help).

This is just crazy! So he can't afford to pay child support yet he's trying to have another child? What is wrong with these men?!?!?!? Remember to bring this up to the lawyer Safa.
In addition, if she's doing fertility treatments, chances are she'll have twins... just wonderful.
In Ontario, some of the fees related to artificial insemination are covered by the province but there are still lots that are not covered (including the drugs).
For IVF, you are only covered if you have both your fallopian tubes blocked (and less than 40).
So yes, whatever treatment they're undergoing, they are still paying quite a bit of money... anywhere between $5,000 to $20,000.

fertility treatments aren't paid for in Cda, but perhaps it is if the person has blocked fallopian tubes. What I do know, is that those needles cost about $300 a pop. And for sure the treatments in the end cost a ton of money.
Its truly disgusting....including the details that they told my daughter....just YUCK!

is that woman stupid or what? so he made her have abortions and now that legally they are not married and he is facing the support hearing etc, she agrees to have IVF? can't she think if he is not paying his 5 children support, if he gets tired of her and leaves he won't pay her either?
And how can he be so stupid as to tell your daughters about it? you can certainly use this for your help, if he can't afford to send support for his existing kids, how can he expect to pay to have other one plus suporting it once is born?

I think this is some information you should bring forward with your case for child support. The man is clearly hiding money and not worries about having another child because he doesn't support the FIVE he already has. I hope your daughters are watching and learning. My children learned from all that they saw me go through, and yours will, too.

I would certainly think that there should be some legal recourse here. He has paperwork saying he has no money to spare. There is no way in hell he should be paying MM to go through the expense of fertility treatments. Go to a lawyer right away, Safa.
Then hug your kids and keep doing the awesome job you are doing with them. Your love for them stands out and you're a great mother!
