What do you see????

I had a strange dream.........let me share......


I'm walking down a quiet street lined with nice, homey looking houses. I have all the kids with me, but not my son. We come to this one particular house, and I tell my kids......this is it. And we proceed to walk towards it. I notice some eggshells on the walkway as we approach the house.


I turn to look behind me and I'm struck at how quiet the street is. In fact, how quiet everything is........somewhere I register that I don't even hear birds. As we approach the front door of the house, I see more eggshells. Strange.


The front door is locked. The kids and I go around to the back.....walking through a wooden gate......more eggshells. And a bowl of eggs with a fork in it by the side door. ???? Again I notice that there is absolutely NO SOUND. (in the back of my mind I think....this is the end of the world....)


The side door is open......I walk in slowly, kids behind me......and I see.....???


Eggs. Egg shells. Bowls of eggs with forks in them. The sink full of egg shells. The floor covered in egg shells.


I stand back......W T H? Did he go crazy? (at this point I realize we are looking for a male) What happened to him at the end? We look around for him. (for who? I don't know.....and adult male)


And then my daughter calls me yelling.......MAMA! COME LOOK AT THIS!!!!!! (I'm scared, worried, concerned....)


But I make my way slowly back to my daughter........and she's pulling a bowl out of the microwave........a HUGE bowl........
......of eggs.......and.....

.....that is when.......
