drew a line and giving a confession

Well, I didn't actually draw the line.....but saying "hung a line" just didn't have that ring, you know?

I have two balconies both with laundry lines on them....but the big balcony lines snapped....and out of I don't know....7 huge lines....I was down to 3. So my dear nephew bought me new laundry lines yesterday....so I hung them this morning. Happy bday to me. Or rather than I hung them....I drew them. May Allah make me forever good at lines. Ya rab! (but I'd be really thankful if I was better at personal ones..)

So it looks like I might actually be doing some laundry.......you know I'm rolling my eyes......

Oh yeah...the confession. Well....you may not believe this.....I'm not sure if I've ever mentioned this before....I may have. But since I have come back from Canada, I have not slept in my bed. Not once. I've been camping out on the livingroom floor. Every night my cannibal puts down a blanket and the duvet and my pillows and I sleep on the floor. I don't know what it is. I can't.....I don't want to sleep in my bed. I've done this before.....but this is the single most longest run I've had of this.

Broken the law: possibly, but I never got caught....and HEY! I was a kid, ok? So don't try looking for me now!
Misused credit card: My hubby made me one once....I used it to get a free month trial of AOL....then forgot to cancel it....and got a bill next month for $150 when we couldn't afford milk. I cut it up immediately.
Skipped school: yup. And got caught too!
Fell asleep in the shower/bath: never.

Been in love: Yes! I was in love with my hubby at one time.

I got a real letter: February of last year. No one ever writes to me in Egypt.
Got an email: like two seconds ago.

TV program I watched: I just watched Welcome to Mooseport.
Movie I saw in the theaters: You know how long ago we are talking? 17 yrs or so.......I think it was Naked Gun.....not sure.
Hugged: this morning by my 9 yr old as she was on her way out to school.
Place I was an hour ago: doing blog rounds
Song heard: some country song...."I called from a dark, cold hotel room just to hear her say I love you one more time....I was greeted by the sound...of the kids laughing in the background, a little voice comes on the phone...saying Daddy when ur coming home? And I said the first thing, that came to my mind....I'm already there...take a look around...I'm the sunlight in your hair....I'm the shadow on the ground....I'm the whisper in the wind...I'm your imaginary friend...." Wish I knew who sang that.
Phone call: yesterday my american friend.....she told me how to make beet salad...which I made and sat in the fridge overnight....I keep stealing pieces of it...and it's making my stomach hurt!!
Was depressed: ummmm......I don't think I've finished the last bout. Working on it.
