Wow, inshaAllah the visit goes well, don't forget to let the garbage pile up so he can take it out. JK... Seriously if I was in your place I wouldn't know weather to show him he is needed around here or show him we're fine without him. Just don't let him upset your balance of sanity Safa. You seem to be regaining "yourself" don't let him come and take it all away in a few weeks before he goes back to Canada and leaves you in shambles!

Does this mean he will be with you for the Eid? I really hope so for you and your girls. How is the pregnancy going? My baby is one week old alhamdulillah. I have started a new blog!! you know, new baby, new blog, no pregnancy hormones making me a miseryguts inshaAllah!no more getting stuck knee deep in the co-wife bog!
Much happiness to you with your Eid preparations and inshaAllah this will be a better one than the last.

He will be here the night before Eid.....cutting to the quick, I'd say! But at least it's an effort.....first time in Since Eid al Fitr 2005 to actually be with us from the first day. Alhamdulillah. Mona, I am thinking about exactly what you said....do we show him we need him? Or that we don't? I don't know. I wish I could stop thinking and just ACT, u know? He's only staying 6 weeks......although he owes me 6 months. How I desperately wish I'd be getting my 6 mos tho. Ya Rab! I'm going to try and keep my sanity.....and just play it cool. We'll see what happens. I just pray that when he starts talking to me that he keeps the BS at a minimum. That's what frustrates me more than anything else. Congrats Jamila on te new baby...masha Allah....
